We are seeking a full-time Independent Living Advisor who provides counseling and guidance to students in assigned dormitories 3:00pm- Midnight. The Advisor monitors student activity in the dorm and ensures appropriate student behavior.
Ensuring accurate accountability of students assigned to the dorm and providing students with training in independent living and leadership skills. Advisors maintain shift logs and communicate all shift-specific information appropriately.
High School Diploma or GED. Residential experience in a group home/college dormitory setting is preferred. Compensation is based on experience. The candidate must possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
