Overview

We are seeking a full-time Independent Living Advisor who provides counseling and guidance to students in assigned dormitories. Working hours: 3:00pm – Midnight. The Advisor monitors student activity in the dorm and ensures appropriate student behavior.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate accountability of students assigned to the dorm.
• Provide students with training in independent living and leadership skills.
• Maintain shift logs and communicate all shift-specific information.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Residential experience in a group home or college dormitory setting is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
