Job summary

Westover Job Corps Center in Chicopee, MA is seeking a Residential Advisor to help maintain a safe, structured dormitory environment and to mentor students. This role focuses on developing personal responsibility, leadership, and independent living skills among youths.

You will supervise students, enforce center policies, provide guidance, and collaborate with counselors to promote student success, while documenting shift activities in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Residential, youth development, or related experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Work performed in a residential dormitory and campus setting.

Responsibilities
