Job summary

Fora Health Treatment & Recovery is seeking an Admissions Supervisor to maximize adult residential bed occupancy and oversee placement for referrals, internal transitions, and inquiries. The role requires coordinating admissions across Fora programs, maintaining waitlists, and ensuring timely placements in partnership with clinical and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor II minimum.
• QMHA or higher preferred.
• Three years supervisor experience preferred, or relevant experience.
• Undergraduate degree in counseling or human services administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of admissions staff and counselors.
• Coordinate admissions for Fora inpatient and residential programs.
• Collaborate with clinical managers and marketing to align bed availability with outreach.
• Manage bed capacity and waitlists; monitor delays and optimize utilization.
• Train staff, conduct regular meetings, and oversee the admissions process from inquiry to intake.
• Complete ASAM assessments to determine appropriate level of care and eligibility.
