Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, maintain visitor and vendor records, and communicate access concerns to site management and/or appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with residents, management, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, access activity, and unusual conditions.
