Captivate in Boerne, Texas is seeking an Installation Technician to install and troubleshoot high-end residential A/V systems, home theaters, networks, and lighting solutions. This full-time, in-person role reports directly to the Project Manager and requires a hands-on, technically inclined approach.

The ideal candidate will have experience with construction sites, A/V, lighting and control systems; strong troubleshooting skills; and the physical ability to climb ladders and lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience with construction sites, A/V, lighting, shading, and control systems.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot devices and interpret technical documents/floor plans.
• Physical capability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• A steady work history (3+ years between roles) and a clean driving record with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Report to Project Manager and collaborate with the Captivate team to ensure seamless installations.
