Captivate in Boerne, Texas is seeking an Installation Technician to install and troubleshoot high-end residential A/V systems, home theaters, networks, and lighting solutions. This full-time, in-person role reports directly to the Project Manager and requires a hands-on, technically inclined approach.

The ideal candidate will have experience with construction sites, A/V, lighting and control systems; strong troubleshooting skills; and the physical ability to climb ladders and lift up to 75 lbs.

About the Role

As an Installation Technician at Captivate, you will play a vital role in bringing high‑end residential technology to life. You’ll be responsible for installing and troubleshooting sophisticated A/V systems, home theaters, networks, and lighting solutions. This is a full‑time, in‑person position reporting directly to our Project Manager. We are looking for a technically inclined, hands‑on professional who is curious about how things work and hungry to grow. Ideally, you are a trustworthy individual with a pleasant disposition and high emotional intelligence.
