Job summary

Park Place Assisted Living in Reno, NV is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to lead our wellness team and champion resident health and wellbeing, guided by CAPLICO Core Values. The role involves supervising wellness staff, ensuring HIPAA compliance and safety, coordinating staff training, and supporting the Wellness Director to meet regulatory requirements and provide quality care.

Previous supervisory experience and CPR certification are preferred, and a current license/certification as required

Qualifications

• Current license/certification as required by regulatory bodies.
• Minimum of one year experience in assisted living or health care.
• Prior supervisory experience in health care environment preferred.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Wellness staff and ensure quality resident care.
• Promote resident wellness and safety in coordination with the Wellness Director.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and Resident Rights.
• Assist Wellness Director with staffing, training and evaluations.
• Coordinate infection control guidelines and reporting.
