Exton Senior Living is seeking a seasoned Director of Nursing (LPN/RN) to lead the Wellness Department. The role focuses on learning relationships with staff to create a thriving community, with a strong emphasis on staff wellbeing translating into resident care.

The candidate should have 5+ years in long-term care with supervisory experience, current RN or LPN license, CPR, and driver’s license. Competitive salary with quarterly bonus potential and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Five or more years experience in the long-term care industry required with supervisory experience.
• Current LPN or RN license, in good standing, in the state employed is required. CPR certification required. Current driver's license in state employed is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Planning, organizing and directing the overall operation of the Wellness Department in accordance with current regulations and ICC policies.
• Ensure residents' care needs are met per physician orders and ICC standards.
• Participate in interviewing and selecting residents for admission and adjustments to care delivery.

Salary:

$91,000 - $93,000 per year + Quarterly Bonus Potential.

Exton Senior Living is seeking a seasoned LPN/RN for our Director of Nursing role. Our ideal candidate will be able to learn about and develop relationships with those they are supervising so a community where employees thrive is established. Summary of duties:

• Responsible for planning, organizing and directing the overall operation of the Wellness Department in accordance with current state and local regulations, as well as with ICC policies and procedures.
• Assures that the care needs of all Residents are met and maintained according to physician orders and ICC standards.
• Participates in the interviewing and selection of Residents for admission, adjustments to care delivery/level and discharge.
• Responsible for the hiring of Wellness team members, assignment of mentors and monitoring the work progress of new and existing Wellness team members.
• Fosters a cohesive and collaborative work environment through mentor-ship and team member development.
