Job summary

Exton Senior Living is seeking a seasoned Director of Nursing (LPN/RN) to lead the Wellness Department. The role focuses on learning relationships with staff to create a thriving community, with a strong emphasis on staff wellbeing translating into resident care.

The candidate should have 5+ years in long-term care with supervisory experience, current RN or LPN license, CPR, and driver’s license. Competitive salary with quarterly bonus potential and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Five or more years experience in the long-term care industry required with supervisory experience.
Current LPN or RN license, in good standing, in the state employed is required. CPR certification required. Current driver's license in state employed is preferred.

Responsibilities

Planning, organizing and directing the overall operation of the Wellness Department in accordance with current regulations and ICC policies.
Ensure residents' care needs are met per physician orders and ICC standards.
Participate in interviewing and selecting residents for admission and adjustments to care delivery.
