The Village at Orchard Ridge seeks a ConnectedLiving Activities Manager to lead engaging programs, events, and wellness experiences that enhance residents' lives. You will mentor a team, recruit volunteers, and collaborate with the department Director to deliver diverse activities reflecting resident interests.

Qualifications

• Experience creating meaningful experiences for older adults.
• Proven ability to lead and coach teams to deliver programs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging programming that enhances resident experience, including events, wellness initiatives, education, outings, and celebrations.
• Direct and develop a team responsible for activities and recreational offerings.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain volunteers and staff while building a positive workplace culture.
