Job summary

Exton Senior Living in Exton, PA, a personal and memory care community, is seeking caring Resident Wellness Associates to deliver compassionate, person-centered care and assist residents with daily activities.

We offer full-time and part-time shifts (7am–3pm and 3pm–11pm), every other weekend, plus a $1,000 referral bonus, tuition reimbursement, benefits, and daily pay options to recognize your dedication.

Qualifications

• Assists Residents with daily life activities (ADLs) with dignity and respect
• Supports activity programming in the absence of Life Stories Director or Life Stages Coordinator
• Provides assistance to other Resident Wellness Associates to ensure task completion and teamwork
• Completes documentation clearly in Resident records and Move N.

• Assists Residents with all daily life functions (ADL’s: hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulating, etc.) in a friendly and courteous manner, ensuring dignity and respect, by using techniques learned in Life Stories Training to minimize Resident stress and maximize cooperation through dignity and empathy.
• Ensures staff follow through is the same in absence of Life Stories Director or Life Stages Coordinator to include activity programming.
• Provides assistance and support to other Resident Wellness Associates to ensure task completion and teamwork.
• Completes documentation clearly and accurately in Resident records and Move N.
