As Part Of The WRC Team, You'll
- Provide direct training to individuals in a work setting. Work in a variety of work/activity areas as needed. Instruct, lead, direct, and monitor work tasks for Individuals to ensure quality work.
- Assure all monies, receipts, and documentation of vocational/leisure transactions are completed per established procedures.
- Assist with community outings and large group activities on campus.
- Order supplies and equipment as needed.
- Ensure documentation is completed as required.
- Assist at houses as needed following all Intermediate Care Facility/Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/IID) regulations and WRC policies.
- Attend department meetings for the purpose of communication, presenting problem areas for discussion, planning, and coordination of activities.
- Embrace other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualification Requirements
Experience equal to eighteen months of full time work as a nursing or therapeutic assistant in a health care facility or other facility for the intellectually disabled, mentally ill, elderly, physically ill or disabled;
OR
any equivalent combination of education and experience substituting one year of post high school education (thirty semester hours or equivalent academic units) with an emphasis in nursing and/or the social or behavioral sciences for one year of experience to a maximum substitution of one year.
