The role emphasizes safe transfer techniques, maintaining vehicle safety, lifting up to 75 pounds when needed, and staying flexible for late appointments. A clean driving record and valid driver's license are required.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 25 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and familiarity with GPS/local area.
• No major traffic offenses in last 7 years; background checks and drug screening required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with loading and unloading from facility vehicles.
• Transport residents to medical appointments and activities.
• Maintain and clean interior and exterior of vehicles to ensure safety.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance logs and arrange routine maintenance.
• Must be flexible with work time due to late activities or appointments.
