Job summary

American Senior Communities’ Zionsville Meadows is seeking a dependable Resident Transportation Driver for the full-time day shift (Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with variations for resident needs). You will transport residents to medical appointments, outings, and activities, ensuring safety and comfort on every trip.

Responsibilities include assisting residents on/off the bus, operating ramps and lifts, coordinating drop-offs with the Bethany Village team, keeping the bus clean, and reporting

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years old.
• Current driver's license in good standing.
• High school diploma/GED, related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

• Keep the bus clean, fueled, organized, and ready for transportation.
• Complete routine vehicle safety checks and report maintenance or repair needs.
• Assist the Activities team with resident outings, events, and activities as needed.
• Provide a friendly, respectful, and supportive experience for residents while traveling.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, typically 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Hours may fluctuate based on resident appointments and transportation needs.
