Qualifications

• Must be able to lift over 50 pounds.
• Must maintain regular attendance and show kindness and respect to residents.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to medical appointments and scheduled activities using facility van.
• Schedule resident medical appointments and maintain drive logs.
• Participate in surveys and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and treat residents with dignity and respect.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
