Qualifications

• Must have a valid Texas Driver's License.
• Pass DMV driving record inquiry.
• No outstanding criminal/civil citations.
• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the vehicle safely, keeping documents required for operation.
• Coordinate a weekly vehicle usage schedule with leadership.
• Ensure vehicle registration, inspection, and insurance are up to date.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic maintenance checks.
• Follow Clinical Policies and Procedures for Abuse Prevention.
