Job summary

Fir Lane Care in Shelton, WA seeks a Transportation Driver to transport residents to appointments and activities, while also assisting on the floor as a Hospitality Assistant. The role includes vehicle maintenance duties and coordination for admissions from hospitals, SNFs, and ALFs. Applicants should have a valid driver’s license with a clean record and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have current driver’s license in good standing with a clean driving record.
• Active Washington CNA/NAC license with no enforcement action preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to speak, understand, read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Transporting and escorting residents to/from medical appointments, activities, outings, and general errands.
• Picking up new admissions from nearby hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, etc.
• Maintain the facility van, including scheduling and arranging for general preventative maintenance, minor repairs, licensing, etc.
• Help out on the floor as a Hospitality Assistant in between driving responsibilities.
