Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid State Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Healthcare transport experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate facility vehicles safely and in accordance with policies.
• Assist residents with boarding/de-boarding and mobility aids.
• Maintain transportation logs: mileage, destinations, resident info.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Communicate schedules and concerns to residents, families, and staff.
• Uphold HIPAA and resident confidentiality guidelines.
