Job summary

Regina Health Center in Richfield, OH seeks a PRN Driver for resident transport to doctors’ appointments and off-campus events. The role is part-time, on-site, with 1–3 days per week and 2–4 hours per day, Monday through Friday, as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid State of Ohio driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Ability to transport residents safely to appointments and off-campus events.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding residents' rights.

Responsibilities

• Follows safety and compliance practices when securing residents in vehicles and transporting them, ensuring a safe return to the facility.
• Must remain with residents and ensure their safety while away from the facility.
• Collaborates with Transportation Coordinator, Therapy, and/or the Director of Nursing to understand residents' physical needs during transport.
• Keeps resident information confidential and protects rights while transporting.
