Windsor Run by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Driver to help ensure the safety of residents, visitors, and staff within a gated retirement community in Matthews, NC. The role requires driving non-CDL buses and vehicles equipped with wheelchair ramps and lifts, with shifts including Friday 2pm-9pm.

Qualifications

• Prior transportation services experience preferred.
• Valid State driver's license; must be maintained as a condition of employment.
• DOT Physical/Medical Examiner's Certificate required prior to starting; must be maintained as a condition of employment.
• Minimum of 3 years of verifiable driving experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old to drive.
• Ability to operate vehicles with wheelchair ramps and lifts.

Responsabilités

• Transport residents, staff, and visitors to appointments.
• Operate non-CDL buses, vans, and sedans with wheelchair ramps and lifts.
• Assist passengers with boarding and alighting from vehicles.
• Prepare vehicles for use (pre/post-trip inspections, refueling, etc.).
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and log usage.
