Job summary

WesleyLife is seeking a bus driver to safely transport residents to activities, appointments, and outings at Fieldstone of DeWitt. You will build relationships with residents and families while maintaining logs and performing pre/post trip inspections.

The position offers flexible scheduling and a focus on a supportive team culture, with a pay rate starting at $14.75/hour and advancement based on experience.

Qualifications

• May be required to become CPR certified
• Must possess knowledge of safety procedures for transporting passengers
• Must obtain a valid non-commercial vehicle < 16 passengers endorsement or be able to obtain within three months of hire
• Must be an experienced driver
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Drive our residents to various activities, outings and appointments
• Build relationships with our residents and their family members
• Track vehicle maintenance and usage logs
• Perform pre-trip and post trip inspections
