Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing and minimum age 25.
• Sufficient English proficiency to understand traffic signs and documentation.
• Must meet community driver approval process and have related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job.
• STNA licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to and from scheduled appointments, activities, and emergency transports as directed.
