We are seeking a dependable Bus Driver to safely transport residents to appointments, outings, and activities, with a focus on compassionate, respectful service.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old and have 2+ years of driving experience.
Valid driver’s license with no more than 5 points.
Clear criminal and FBI background checks.
Medical exam and Passenger Assistance Course completion.
Current CPR and First Aid certification.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist residents physically.

Responsibilities

Safely operate facility vehicles for scheduled trips.
Assist residents with boarding, exiting, and mobility needs.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance issues.
Follow traffic laws and facility policies.
Coordinate transportation schedules with staff.
Keep accurate records for billing and documentation.
Provide friendly, respectful service to all residents.
