Community Housing Innovations, Inc. (CHI) in Wading River, NY seeks a full-time Resident Support Specialist Supervisor to manage RSS staff in emergency housing programs.
You will supervise, train, schedule shifts, and liaise with outside entities to ensure compliance with CHI and funding guidelines. You will de-escalate crises, document interventions, audit records for regulatory compliance, conduct drills, and educate clients on policies.

CHI is looking for a full-time Resident Support Specialist Supervisor for our Wading River location. You will be responsible for all aspects of management for Resident Support Specialist staff within emergency housing programs. Ensuring that quality services are provided effectively and in accordance with guidelines established by CHI, OTDA, Suffolk County Department of Social Services, and other funding sources as appropriate.
