Community Housing Innovations (CHI) is seeking a full-time Resident Support Specialist Supervisor for our Smithtown site. You will oversee RSS staff, conduct performance meetings, and ensure compliance with CHI and funder guidelines.
Duties include scheduling, on-site trainings, and crisis communication. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred) and 2+ years in management or human services, with strong English skills; bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.

CHI is looking for a full-time Resident Support Specialist Supervisor for our Smithtown location. You will be responsible for all aspects of management for Resident Support Specialist staff within emergency housing programs. Ensuring that quality services are provided effectively and in accordance with guidelines established by CHI, OTDA, Suffolk County Department of Social Services, and other funding sources as appropriate.
