Job summary

Highland Springs by Erickson Senior Living in North Dallas, TX, is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to support resident engagement and psychosocial care. You will respond to resident needs, assess potential residents, and coordinate appropriate residency options within a continuing care community.

How you will make an impact

Compensation: Commensurate upon experience starting at 60,000 Annually

What you will need

• Minimum of 3 years of social work experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in senior setting.
• Knowledge of the geriatric population and dementia is preferred.
