Job summary

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a General Services Coordinator to deliver friendly resident, staff and visitor support. You will handle office tasks, process work orders, and answer calls with a focus on service excellence.

This role offers an hourly wage of $19.00 to $23.00 based on experience and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, retirement savings, and education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and ability to addresses questions and concerns.
• Experience with general public and senior communities preferred.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with office work and distribution of interoffice mail.
• Answer calls, take requests, and follow up on work orders from residents and staff.
• Enter, distribute and complete all work orders.
• Maintain the schedules and work orders for Housekeeping.
• Organize, maintain and update program records, including resident apartment and vendor information for billing.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies for General Services.
