Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address resident service requests and perform diverse maintenance tasks across apartments and common areas. You will handle preventative maintenance, upkeep of grounds, and ensure market-ready units are delivered timely.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting plumbing, electrical work, and appliance repair, with the ability to work a 12pm-9pm shift Monday through Friday and respond to emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (oral and written).
• Willingness to work weekends and on-call shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Must use personal smartphone for work tasks.

Responsibilities

• Address resident service requests promptly.
• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, appliances).
• Prepare market-ready apartments and maintain grounds; report concerns.
• Conduct regular community inspections to identify repairs or replacements.
• Shift: Monday–Friday, 12pm–9pm; respond to emergencies as needed.
