• Monitors and ensures the safety of the lobby area.
• Answers Code Alert at the front door, ensuring no resident leaves the building unattended.
• Stays with residents until alternate staff relief arrives.
• Makes copies as assigned.
• Ensures copier and fax are kept stocked with paper daily.
• Sorts resident mail and places it in the assigned area.
• Fills out employee time cards.
• Labels resident clothing and delivers to rooms with nursing staff sign-off.
• Gives tour sheets to prospective clients and notifies Admissions or Nursing Supervisor of tours.
• Ensures visitors sign in and out on the Visitor Sign-In Book.
