Job summary

Savant of Arcadis seeks a Resident Services Director to lead health and wellness across our senior care team, ensuring high-quality, coordinated care for residents and families. You will supervise staff, review care plans, and ensure services meet state requirements.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, integrity, and clear communication, with a focus on safe, compassionate elder care and staff development in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year working with seniors.
• 2 years people management experience.
• Knowledge of medication, dosage, terminology, and medication side effects.
• Proven track record of integrity, verbal/written communication, and problem-solving skills.
• 2 Years of Behavioral Management experience.

Responsibilities

• The Health and Wellness Director will oversee quality, continuity and appropriateness of care by providing direction to the wellness staff through communication with residents, families and staff assuring individual care.
• Review and update service plans according to state requirements.
• Perform and supervise the performance of individual nursing services as required.

What you will do:

Would be great:

• Experience working in the senior care industry
• LVN license preferred
