Qualifications

• Clinical and care management skills, including LVN licensure and experience with Long-term Care.
• Experience supporting Independent Living and assisted living residents, with a focus on promoting autonomy and safety.
• Strong Customer Service and communication abilities to build trust with residents, families, and team members.
• Budgeting and resource management skills to help plan staffing, supplies, and program expenses effectively.
• Knowledge of senior care regulations, care planning, and documentation standards.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a senior living, healthcare, or related setting.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Arcadia, CA and to respond to resident needs promptly.
• Preferred qualifications include experience as a Resident Care Director or similar role, familiarity with dementia and memory care, Assisted Living Waiver program, and competency with electronic health records (EHR) or care management systems.

Role Description

The Resident Services Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Arcadia, CA, responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care and services to residents.
