HumanGood is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to organize, implement, and evaluate the Social Services program for residents, ensuring psycho-social needs are met and residents stay independent in the community. Schedule: full-time, Mon-Fri 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, compensation $25.00–$27.00 per hour based on experience.

The role requires case management experience, a bachelor’s degree in social work or related field, and bilingual English/Mandarin abilities; social services certification

• A Bachelor’s Degree required in social work or related program such as gerontology, psychology, or recreation therapy

Our Resident Services Coordinators are passionate, organized, and compassionate towards residents. You would be responsible for organizing, implements and evaluates the Social Services program to meet the psycho-social needs of residents. This may include resident assessment, maintenance of resident records, assuring that residents are linked to the specific supportive services they need to continue living independently in the community.

Schedule: FULL-TIME

• Monday - Friday at 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Range: $25.00 - 27.00/hour, depending on experience

To Be Successful In The Role, You Would Have

• 1+ years of experience in case management required.
• 2+ years of social services experience, preferably in a senior care setting
• A Bachelor’s Degree required in social work or related program such as gerontology, psychology, or recreation therapy
• Bilingual - English/Mandarin
• Social Services certification preferred
