HumanGood is seeking a compassionate Resident Services Coordinator in New Jersey to organize, implement, and evaluate the Social Services program for residents. You will assess needs, maintain records, and connect residents with supportive services to help them live independently in the community.

Our Resident Services Coordinators are passionate, organized, and compassionate towards residents. You would be responsible for organizing, implements and evaluates the Social Services program to meet the psycho-social needs of residents. This may include resident assessment, maintenance of resident records, assuring that residents are linked to the specific supportive services they need to continue living independently in the community.
