Resident Service Coordinator – On Site, Part Time

The Resident Service Coordinator works primarily to support individual residents and community well‑being, education, and development. The role is diverse and resident directed. The coordinator identifies and promotes access to community services, provides case management upon request, and develops programs and resources that support resident and community health and wellness. The purpose is to promote safety, independence, aging in place, and quality of life.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, gerontology, psychology, or counseling (or a college degree); individuals without a degree but with appropriate work experience may be hired.
