Qualifications

• Work in a complex, nontraditional human service setting with a diverse population.
• Knowledge of the human service system; experience with children, families, disabilities, and elderly.
• Prior experience with Affordable Housing preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Self-motivated.
• Detail-oriented and able to complete tasks with all necessary details.
• HS diploma + 2 years in human services or Bachelor's in the field + 1 year of experience as Resident Service Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supportive service programs in collaboration with residents, management, and local service providers.
• Provide outreach to identify individuals who need services, recruit volunteers, and identify gaps.
• Coordinate delivery of services with local human service providers.
• Maintain information regarding services to residents.
• Oversee crisis intervention, case management, and follow-up for referrals.
• Support resident community-building initiatives.
• Identify funding for new or expanded programs.
