Job summary

National Church Residences is seeking Service Coordinators to advocate for residents and organize access to community services in our New Castle, PA communities. You will coordinate programs, build a resident resource directory, and engage residents to identify needs and referrals to providers.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, delivering measurable results, and liaising with community agencies while ensuring compassionate, high-quality service to seniors.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to advocate, organize, problem-solve, and deliver measurable results for residents.
• Experience delivering social services to elderly and/or family populations preferred.
• Knowledge of supportive services and local community resources.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for residents and coordinate programs and activities.
• Serve as liaison to community agencies and sponsors for educational events.
• Identify services, negotiate discounts, and develop a resident resource directory.
• Provide quality customer service and assist residents in accessing community services.
• Monitor feedback from residents and families and communicate needs to stakeholders.
