Job summary

Gene B. Glick Company seeks a Resident Service Coordinator for Kentwood Square in Kent, OH. You will coordinate intake, assessments, and service plans for residents, and track outcomes to ensure programs meet residents’ needs.

You will work with property management to deliver onsite programs, engage residents, and connect them with community resources. Flexibility with schedule and local travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Social Work, Gerontology, Psychology, or Counseling or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of progressively responsible experience in social service delivery.
• Experience with PC based word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Demonstrated ability to advocate, organize, problem-solve and provide results for the population(s) served.
• Able to work a varied schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must have and maintain a valid Driver’s License in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident intake, assessments and tailored service plans.
• Maintain records of resident interactions and progress toward goals.
• Support reduction of lease violations through proactive case management.
• Collaborate with property teams to deliver resident services aligned with the plan.
• Develop and sustain community partnerships for referrals and onsite services.
• Collect data to measure resident and program outcomes.
