Responsibilities

  • Schedule move-in and move-out inspections with residents.
  • Coordinate move-in orientations and promote excellent resident experience.
  • Support Assistant Manager with rent collection, service requests, and administrative duties.
  • Organize inventory and assist leasing team with file checklists.
  • Assist with lease renewals and respond to resident inquiries.
  • Maintain leasing office and model apartments to high standards.
  • Support monthly resident functions and ensure compliance with policies and laws.

Job Description:Position SummaryThe Resident Services Coordinator is the face person of our property management team and ensures that the overall quality of our resident’s experience meets the company’s established standards and complies with all applicable laws.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Schedules move-in and moves out inspections with residents.Coordinates move-in orientations and conducts orientations in a way that promotes owner reputation and provides superior customer satisfaction.Supports the Assistant Manager in rent collection, service request completion, customer service phone calls, file organization, resident communication and other administrative duties.Organizes and manages inventory list of products used by leasing and management.Performs any and all duties of a Leasing Coordinator as needed to the benefit of the property.Supports the leasing team with the assistance of file checklist tasks.Shops competitive propertiesHelps plan and supports monthly resident functionsMaintains exceptional standard of leasing office, tour path, and model apartments.Reviews unit turn requirements with supervisor prior to move-ins.Completes final inspection of apartments prior to new move-ins and completes move-in apartment inspections with new residents.Places move-in gifts in all units prior to the new resident moving in.Assists current residents with lease renewal options.Provides exceptional service to customers, vendors, and colleagues.Promotes and participates in Company sponsored training programsComplies with Companies policies and procedures, safety rules and regulations, and all applicable local, state and federal laws.Completes all training provided by the company with regards to, fair housing, marketing, leasing, customer service, etc.Performs other duties as requiredMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)High School Diploma or equivalent requiredWorking knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookDemonstrate interpersonal skills and proficiency in business vocabulary to effectively represent the executive and the company to outside partiesExcellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skillsExcellent writing, proofreading, and editing skillsPhysical Demands and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
