Job summary

Mutual Housing California is seeking a dedicated Resident Service Coordinator to support residents with housing stability, benefits, budgeting, and referrals. You will build relationships, provide mediation and crisis support, and coordinate with Property Management to strengthen neighborhood assets.

This position is based in Sacramento at Mutual Housing on the Boulevard. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 30+ hours per week, with a compensation of $23.00 per hour and a benefits package that

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in social services (property-based experience a plus).
• Cultural competency and experience working in diverse, low-income communities.
• Strong communication, judgment, and relationship-building skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills; CPR/First Aid & food safety certs (provided).
• Driver's license required.
• Must pass criminal background screening, including education verification and DMV check.

Job Summary:

Our Resident Services team connects Mutual Housing affordable housing residents with opportunity through a wide range of direct services and community building strategies. Resident Service Coordinators (RSCs) are responsible for providing a variety of services that promote these goals.
