Job summary

HumanGood is hiring a Resident Services Coordinator in the Philadelphia area. You will organize, implement, and evaluate the Social Services program to meet residents' psycho-social needs and help them live independently in the community.

Role requires 1+ year in case management and a Bachelor’s Degree in social work or related field; Social Services certification is preferred. Pay ranges from $25.00 to $27.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Job description

Our Resident Services Coordinators are passionate, organized, and compassionate towards residents. You would be responsible for organizing, implements and evaluates the Social Services program to meet the psycho-social needs of residents. This may include resident assessment, maintenance of resident records, assuring that residents are linked to the specific supportive services they need to continue living independently in the community.

Schedule & Pay

Monday - Friday at 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Range: $25.00 - 27.00/hour, depending on experience

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• 1+ years of experience in case management required.
• 2+ years of social services experience, preferably in a senior care setting
• A Bachelor’s Degree required in social work or related program such as gerontology, psychology, or recreation therapy
• Social Services certification preferred
