Job summary

HumanGood is seeking caregivers for our resident-focused care team in Santa Barbara. You will work the 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM shift with weekend and holiday availability, providing memory support and personal care to residents, while honoring their independence and dignity.

Job description

HumanGood actively incorporates our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” Provides assistance in the personal care and protection of the residents in the assisted living level of care. Develops awareness of residents’ interests and needs and assists residents to maximize their independence and participation.

Pay Range: $18-20/hr depending on experience

Shifts & Schedule - Must have weekend and holiday availability
11:00 PM - 7:00 AM - 4/2 Rotation

Shift differentials for evenings, overnights, and weekends + On-Call/Per Diem differential

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Prior caregiving or memory support experience
• Current CPR Certification
