Job summary

Center for Family Services in Tampa, FL is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to provide on-site case management and social service coordination within our housing community. The role involves linking residents to community resources, advocacy, and coordinating programs focused on health, financial literacy, job readiness, education, and social engagement.

The position requires a High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor's preferred) and at least two years’ experience working with the program population

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate services to enhance the quality of life for affordable housing residents.
• Coordinate programs and social services for children and adults leveraging community resources.
• Engage community partnerships and volunteers to support programming.
• Lead on-site food distribution and ensure residents have access to food resources.
• Track case management progress and attendance using data systems.
• Distribute monthly newsletters and calendars to residents door-to-door.
• Provide excellent customer service to partner property management.
• Ensure compliance with housing inspections and budget procedures.

Education
