Job summary

Trustwell Living, LLC is seeking a proactive Operations Manager to oversee daily community operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive resident services at a senior living community in Ohio. You will coordinate property management, Employee Partner administration, and Resident services while promoting the company’s mission.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing budgets, coordinating care services with providers, and maintaining high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience required.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of staff.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Wamiliarity with regulatory compliance and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day community operations including Resident Services and property management.
• Administer Employee Partner administration and ensure staffing needs are met.
• Develop and implement sales/marketing plans to achieve occupancy goals.
• Manage financials: budgeting, accounts, invoices, and cost controls.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, OSHA, state regulations) and safety.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with leadership as needed.
