Job summary

Trustwell Living, LLC is seeking aOperations Manager to run day-to-day operations at our Kansas community. You will ensure compliance with laws, manage Resident Services and Employee Partner administration, and promote the company mission.

You will supervise staff, coordinate care with providers, and drive occupancy through sales/marketing and strong community relations. CPR certification and a high school diploma are required; college credits preferred.

• Ability to communicate with Residents, families and staff.
• Strong problem recognition and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day community operations and compliance.
• Manage Resident services and coordinate care with providers.
• Supervise Employee Partners and administer HR tasks.
• Develop and monitor sales/marketing and occupancy plans.
• Maintain financial records and annual budget alignment.
