Job summary

Vivmark Residential seeks a detail-oriented Prior Resident Specialist to join our Partner Services SODA team in the Virginia Beach or San Antonio Customer Care Centers. You will process initial and cancellation SODAs, manage refund tasks, and handle billing inquiries with accuracy and empathy.

The role requires strong communication, basic math, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A high school diploma or GED and at least two years in a fast-paced call center or shared services environment are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years experience in a contact call center or fast paced office environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Process initial and cancellation Statements of Deposit Activity (SODA) accurately.
• Handle inbound calls from prior residents and leasing offices professionally.
• Complete prior resident adjustment items and related research tasks.
• Make outbound calls to leasing offices to obtain documentation and follow up.
• Process refund checks, including voids and reissues per policy.
• Verify and complete pending refund tasks within required deadlines.
• Review and process escalated research tasks accurately.
• Assist teammates by answering questions and supporting training.
