The role requires a High school diploma and at least one year of health care experience with elders; CNA license, CPR/First Aid, and related trainings are required or pursued after hire.

The Resident Services Assistant II assists residents who are functionally, physically, and or socially impaired and need 24-hour oversight with medication distribution and refilling, vital sign checks, BG testing, and similar actions. They also support all daily living activities that residents are unable to perform without help, fostering at all times residents' independence and freedom of choice.
High school diploma or equivalent.
One year of health care experience with elderly is required.
