Job summary

International Community Health Services (ICHS) in Seattle is seeking a Personal Care Aide II as part of the Healthy Aging and Wellness Program (HAWP) to support clients and day center activities, organize spaces, and assist with basic personal care while helping clients meet their care plan goals.

Required: High school diploma or GED, WA CNA license, CPR/First Aid, and Food Handler’s Permit within 30 days. Fluency in English is required; Mandarin/Cantonese or other Asian languages are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• WA CNA licensure required.
• CPR/First Aid Certification and Food Handler’s Permit required within 30 days of hire.
• One year of healthcare experience with geriatric population preferred.
• English fluency required; Mandarin/Cantonese or other Asian languages valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to HAWP clients and day center programming.
• Run program activities and organize program space.
• Assist clients with basic personal care and other needs.
• Support clients in achieving their care plan goals.
