Historic Roswell Place Assisted Living and Memory Care in Roswell, GA is seeking a Resident Services Assistant who will support scheduling, communication, and daily resident care with a professional and empathetic approach.

Responsibilities include ensuring full shift coverage, delivering high-quality customer service, and contributing to a caring team culture. This role offers growth opportunities and is based on-site in a senior living community.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of healthcare related experience.
• Certified Dementia Practitioner a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
• Must be self-directed, able to prioritize tasks as well as have the ability to accept directives.
