Exciting Opportunity in Ashland and Whitinsville!

Peabody Resident Services is seeking a part-time Resident Service Coordinator working 24 hours a week at apartment communities in Ashland and Whitinsville, MA to coordinate programs, assist residents with obtaining services, and work with community agencies.

• B.A. in Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services is preferable; a four-year college degree is fully acceptable. An Associates degree and/or a MA licensed Social Worker may be considered with 5+ years of direct experience as a Resident Service Coordinator in housing and/or with the target population.
• 2-3 years experience in social services delivery with elders, families, and/or persons with disabilities, with proven results through problem-solving.
• Knowledge of area supportive services and community resources.
• Strong communication, organizational, writing, and computer skills.
